Role Summary

Our Estheticians/Cosmetologists play a critical role in delivering safe, effective, and efficient aesthetic treatments while educating clients and supporting long-term treatment outcomes. We seek medical professionals who combine strong clinical expertise with a consultative, client-centered approach and proven supervisory experience.


Estheticians/Cosmetologists are trained to perform non-invasive aesthetic services in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies, and all governing regulations, while supporting clinic operations, sales performance, team development, and customer experience.

Clinical & Client Care Responsibilities

Perform non-invasive aesthetic services including, but not limited to:

  • Laser Hair Removal
  • Body contouring and skin rejuvenation services (e.g., CoolSculpting, DiamondGlow, Microneedling, Ultherapy where applicable)


Conduct thorough client consultations to assess treatment suitability and goals.

Educate clients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and pre- and post-care guidelines.

Ensure client safety and treatment efficacy through adherence to clinical protocols.

Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation.

Deliver world-class customer service to build trust, retention, and long-term client relationships.

Participate in service recovery and problem-solving using sound clinical judgment.

Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring that all team members address client needs effectively and professionally.

Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.


Sales Management & Performance Culture


Drive sales performance by setting ambitious yet achievable goals for the team.

Monitor sales figures and trends, providing insights to improve performance.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that boost sales and customer engagement.

Actively recommend, promote, and educate clients on aesthetic services and products using a consultative approach.

Lead by example in promoting a performance-driven culture, celebrating successes, and addressing challenges.

Implement team performance metrics and track progress regularly.

Organize team training sessions focused on enhancing sales techniques and service excellence.


Team Leadership & Development


Foster a positive and motivating work environment that emphasizes teamwork and accountability.

Engage in coaching in-the-moment training to address performance issues and encourage skill development among team members.


Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to provide constructive feedback and guide career development.

Collaborate with clinic leadership and operations teams to achieve clinic and company goals.


Encourage team involvement in community outreach programs to enhance visibility and create a positive brand image.


Clinic Operations & Operational Excellence

Ensure that all office and clinic tasks are performed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Support daily clinic operations as needed, including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and payment processing.


Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, including equipment sanitation and supply management.

Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.


Oversee scheduling to optimize staffing levels during peak times and ensure adequate support for customers.


Assist in managing day-to-day schedules to accommodate client needs, including same-day treatments when appropriate.

Travel between clinics as needed based on business needs.


Perform other duties as assigned.


Grassroots Marketing Efforts


Develop and implement grassroots marketing strategies to build brand awareness and foster community relationships for your location.


Engage with local businesses, organizations, and community events to promote SEV Laser’s services.


Qualifications

  • Active Esthetician OR Cosmetologist license in the state of practice, in good standing
  • CLT - Certified Laser Technician cert
  • LSO - Laser Safety Officer cert
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a sales environment
  • Experience with laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic treatments preferred
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive performance results
  • Strong documentation skills; detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the capability to train and inspire others
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and bedside manner at all times
  • Proficient in office software and data management tools
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous change
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and operating clinical equipment


Scheduling Requirements

  • Must be available to work 3-4 days per week with open availability (can be scheduled any day of the week)
  • Including weekends and Holidays
  • Must be available to work from 9:30am-7:30pm each day

Work Environment


This role will be based in our office at SEV Laser, working 3-4 days per week between the days of Monday-Saturday, where you will provide outstanding aesthetic services while supporting clinic operations, sales goals, team development, and customer experience.


Your contributions will be essential in driving our sales goals, delivering exceptional client care, and creating an engaging workplace culture.
